Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. luky555 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your residential address, a valid email address, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Use any automated tool, bot, script, spider, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner, including for placing bets, accessing game outcomes, or bypassing security features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or connected systems.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or match outcomes.

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malware, viruses, or malicious code through the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

luky555 accepts deposits via the following MYR-denominated payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow real-time transfer, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and luky555 reserves the right to add or remove supported methods without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Depositing funds from an account belonging to a third party — including family members — is strictly prohibited.

• luky555 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party processing fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are beyond luky555's control and are borne by the User.

• All deposited funds are denominated and held in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmed receipt.

6.3 Refusal of Deposits

luky555 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to return deposited funds to the originating payment source at its sole discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where all of the following conditions are met:

• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available Real Money Balance after deduction of any locked Bonus Balance.

• The requested withdrawal method matches the method used for your most recent deposit, unless expressly approved otherwise by luky555 support.

7.2 Processing Times

7.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified per promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if the time limit expires before requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

VIP status is not transferable between accounts or players.

In the event of a discrepancy between rules displayed within a specific game and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game's mechanics and outcomes.

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

luky555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds published maximum stake limits; there are reasonable grounds to suspect the outcome of an event has been influenced by improper means; or a manifest error has occurred in the display of odds or game information.

9.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to: incorrect odds publication, software malfunction, or erroneous bonus crediting), luky555 reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the User. luky555 will not honour winnings that result directly from a manifest error.

9.3 Disconnection Policy

luky555 is not responsible for interrupted game sessions resulting from internet connectivity issues on the User's side. Where a game session is interrupted before a definitive outcome is recorded, the relevant game provider's rules will govern the resolution. Where applicable, interrupted sessions may be resumed upon next login.

In addition to the restrictions outlined in Section 5, the following conduct is expressly prohibited on the luky555 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform in connection with, or in furtherance of, any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities.

luky555's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.1 Termination by luky555

luky555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;

Upon account closure by luky555 for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be reviewed in accordance with anti-money-laundering procedures. Verified real money balances (i.e., funds not subject to any ongoing investigation or bonus restriction) will typically be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible. Bonus balances are forfeit upon closure for breach.

14.2 Voluntary Closure
